Dunsin Oyekan’s New Revival Movement.

 

On the of 10th of September 2021,  Gospel Music Minister Dunsin Oyekan announced a revival movement, the outpouringlive, on his Instagram page. He said,  “the Lord has instructed that we open the wells of the Lekki-98 revival…we are planning and gearing towards it by His grace.” He had further stated an invitation to volunteers who would like to be part of the movement.
The grand gathering is scheduled for the 7th of November,  2021.

 

The Lekki ’98 revival is one the church, especially in Nigeria, will remember for a long time as it birthed something new and powerful in the Nigerian Christian community.  It will be remembered for the visitation and manifestation of God’s mighty power which caused a cascading impact for this generation and more to come. The gospel.ng described it as “the event that indicated the new move of God in Africa.”

 

Minister Dunsin is an anointed gospel music minister whose ministry continues to bless lives. His debut album was released in 2016.

During a recent meeting which was held in preparation for the big day for outpouring live, Minister Dunsin had exhorted the volunteers on partnership with God and obeying His instructions for manifestation.

Referring to the Israelites and the walls of Jericho in the Bible, he said,  “It was not the sound that brought the walls down; it was the sound that activated what brought the walls down.”
The venue to be used for the big day was anointed with oil as the team declared Psalms 24 over it.

 

A striking manifestation of God’s power was that of the testimony of the sister of a volunteer who lost consciousness but regained it while the team worshiped.

 

My thoughts

Minister Dunsin is a man whose ministry has impacted my life positively. His songs have been prayer weapons during various phases of my life. i believe you have your own testimony as well. Though I do not know him personally,  I acknowledge the Presence of God over His life, and it’s attractive. This is the reason for believing that this instruction he received is one that should be supported because, it is God’s heartbeat- drawing men to Himself.

1. Support the movement in prayers. Spiritual movements like this are built on prayers and encounters with God. You can join in knocking on Heaven’s doors for this.
2. Support by being a volunteer. You can share your expertise with the team, join the movement expectantly, or tell someone about it
3. Support with finance. Funds are needed for projects like this. You can support the team financially.
